The stocks in your account are no different from the stocks in any major brokerage account, right down to the standard account statement and government insurance though the SIPC. Lender holds a lien on the account. Simple, fast, familiar, secure.



* Sound Management: Top-tier, financially sound national bank-brokerage.



* Account Statements: You receive regular loan and account statements from the brokerage.



* Loan-To-Portfolio-Value: You receive up to 85% LTV based on the market value of your portfolio.



* Default: Limited recourse for Premier HedgeLoan. This means that if you must default on your payments, you’ll forfeit the shares and in so doing, you’ll satisfy the entire loan obligation no matter how far the value of the portfolio may have fallen. This “insurance policy” essentially means there will be no claim on any other borrower assets at any time even if portfolio is completely worthless on the market. No negative credit reporting in default. You retain loan cash free and clear regardless, in default.



* Credit Requirements: Credit does not affect your loan offer.



* Funding Timeline: From signing of loan documents to cash in hand, typically 48-72 hours.



* Margin Calls: There are no margin calls at any time for any reason. Stocks can fall to any point and still their will be no lender calls. Never a need to reach into your own pocket for more stocks or cash.



* Up-front fees: No out-of-pocket fees in advance of loan.



* Lender participation in upside: None. All of the growth in your portfolio, all of the value, is yours. Institutional backing for Premier loans.



* Maximum Loan: No reasonable limit.



* Interest: Between 4% and 8%. Quarterly payment standard, exceptions upon request.



* Dividends: Paid directly to you, unless you ask to credit the dividends against interest.



* Voting rights: Remain 100% in your hands. All normal correspondence, direct to you.



* Prepayment: Anytime. Pay off the loan at any time and lien on shares is removed. NO penalties, period.



* Exit: Upon repayment of loan, lien on account by lender is removed. You may ask lender to sell enough shares to repay remaining balance of loan. You may prepay.You may roll over. Other options may be available through your licensed institutional account advisor.



* "Line of Credit" Features: Your choice. If your stocks should rise in value consistently over time, lender can rewrite loan with higher loan amounts and possibly even better rates/terms (Lender's discretion).



* Default: If you cannot make interest payments and default, you will keep your loan cash and owe nothing further to the lender. You may also roll loan over or rewrite loan if your stocks have appreciated in value, possibly with even better terms than offered in original loan if stocks have performed well. For the Premier institutional program, your account advisor will provide you with these and other options.



* Eligibility: Minimum $100,000 in portfolio value at inception. Best rates for larger portfolios and quality securities. Minimum price: $9 per share. We accept stocks, bonds, and mutual funds and T-bills.
