I'm a student in need of a $4000 personal loan to pay for housing costs. I have taken out federal loans to cover my expenses this year, but I won't receive them until mid October. Thus, I need a loan to cover some expenses between now and mid-October. In mid-October this loan will be immediately repaid in full.
I'm willing to borrow $4000 at a very high interest rate for no more than a 3 month term. I'm looking specifically for people in the NYC or Westchester area who I could speak with, and preferably meet in person. I don't have much in terms of collateral, but I do have expensive musical instruments and a laptop that I could possibly offer as a guarantee of repayment.
